ABSTRACT
The article presents the text of a speech delivered by U.S. President Barack Obama at Washington-Lee High School in Arlington, Virginia on May 4, 2012, wherein he discussed the state of the economy and college costs. He said the government is working to rebuild the economy for future graduates so they will have jobs after graduation. He said the most important thing to give all U.S. citizens is the best education possible, which means helping schools hire and reward the best teachers.
