ABSTRACT
The article presents a speech by Jeffrey Ware, executive director and chief executive officer (CEO) of the American Rose Society (ARS), delivered at the Great Rosarians of the World program, June 10, 2011. Ware spoke about the relationship between ARS and the rose industry, and the importance of working together to achieve common goals. He discussed the need to be relevant, and to address the change by re-imagining and reinventing the organizations to meet the opportunities available.
