Sullivan, 8th President of the University of Virginia, delivered on October 1, 2010 before attendees of the Judge Advocate General's Corps' World-Wide Continuing Legal Education conference and staff and faculty members of The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School where she talked on the topic of leadership, her leadership responsibilities as a university president and a strong mission statement that can help guide the U.S. Army's mission.
