The article presents the British Housewares Federation (BHF) Group Annual Retail Address given by Ben Phillips, marketing director of Streamer Trading, at the International Housewares Associations (IHA) Centenary Congress which was held from September 18-21, 2009 is presented. He notes that the houseware industry should give emphasis on raising consumer's awareness. He also identifies the four things to be consider for a successful business.
