ABSTRACT
The article presents the text of a speech by Carmen Beauchamp Ciparick, associate judge of the New York State Court of Appeals, delivered at the 2008 Chief Judge Lawrence H. Cooke Symposium held in New York, in which she talked about Judge Vito J. Titone as her judge of choice, cited fun as one characteristic of the judge and mentioned that he is labeled in some circles as the most liberal member of the Court.
