The article presents the text of a speech by Vincent Martin Bonventre, editor of the "State Constitutional Commentary," delivered at the 2008 Chief Judge Lawrence H. Cooke Symposium in New York, in which he talked about judges who have worked at the State Court of Appeals including Matthew J. Jasen, Stewart F. Hancock Jr. and Richard Simmons.
