ABSTRACT
The article reports on the placement of the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority, Ohio fund debt on the negative watch by credit rating agency Fitch Ratings Inc. after two companies in the loan pool filed for bankruptcies. The agency's action affected the status of outstanding revenue bonds that make up the bond fund. In addition, the entire group will be possibility affected if the authority has to tap into reserves to make bond payments.
