ABSTRACT
A definition of the term "adjacent channel leakage ratio," a measure of transmitter performance for wideband code division multiple access (W-CDMA), is presented. It refers to the ratio of the transmitted power to the power measured after a receiver filter in the adjacent radio frequency (RF) channel. Adjacent channel power ratio is the former name of adjacent channel leakage ratio.
