ABSTRACT
A definition to the term " titer," is presented. It refers to the standard of strength per volume of a volumetric test solution. Agglutination titer is the highest dilution of a serum which will cause clumping of the bacteria being tested. Antibody titer is a measure of the amount of antibody against a particular antigen present in the blood.
