ABSTRACT
A definition of the term "tipped uterus" is presented. It refers to a malposition of the uterus. Simple malposition of the uterus without a specific disease condition that is felt to be harmless and virtually symptomless. There is the lack of evidence to prove that a tipped uterus is a cause of pelvic pain and discomfort.
