ABSTRACT
A definition of the term "stomach cancer" is presented. It refers to gastric adenocarcinoma, lymphoma, or sarcoma. Stomach cancers are the second most common malignancy after liver cancer in the world. The exact is unknown, however it is viewed that a dietary or environmental factor may play a part in the disease. The only method that ensures cure of the disease asks for the removal of the stomach.
