ABSTRACT
A definition of the term "simulation" is presented. It refers to the pretense of having a disease or the imitation of symptoms of one disease by another. It also refers to an educational or technological model of an actual situation that is used to train new students or to predict or estimate outcomes that may be obtainable in practice.
