ABSTRACT
A definition of the term "score" is presented. It refers to a rating tool or scale to assess the level of health or the severity of an illness. C.R.O.P. score is a critical care assessment score that measures compliance, respiratory rate, oxygenation, and pressure values. Score for Neonatal Acute Physiology is a measure of the severity of illness in patients in neonatal intensive care.
