ABSTRACT
A definition of the term "rewarming" is presented. It refers to the restoration of a hypothermic patient's body temperature to normal. The techniques used during rewarming include removal of wet clothing; wrapping of patients in blankets, infusion of intravenous, immersing the patient in warm water.
