ABSTRACT
A definition of the term "reabsorption" is presented. It refers to the process of absorbing again. Reabsorption occurs in kidneys. It occurs when some of the materials filtered out of the blood by the glomerulus are reabsorbed as the filtrate passes through the nephron.
