ABSTRACT
A definition of the term "pulp or pulpa" is presented. It refers to the soft part of fruit, or an organ. It also means a mass of partly digested food passed from stomach to duodenum. The soft vascular portion of the center of a tooth is also called a pulp or pulpa.
