ABSTRACT
A definition of the term "postviral fatigue syndrome" is presented. It refers to chronic disability following a presumed viral infection. Postviral fatigue syndrome is marked by muscle fatigability unrelieved by rest. Lowgrade fever, headache, blurred vision or of the sternum toward the third costal cartilage on the right are some of the other symptoms of the disease.
