ABSTRACT
A definition of the medical term "Pelger-Huet anomaly " is presented. Pelger-Huet anomaly was named after Dutch physicians Karel Pelger and Gauthier Jean Huet. The anomaly refers to a condition where granulocytes are rodlike, dumbbell, peanut-shaped and spectacle-like nuclei. The condition is inherited as an autosomal dominant.
