ABSTRACT
A definition of the medical term "hyperinosemia" is presented. Hyperinosemia refers to an abnormal coagulability of the blood, an excess of fibrinogen in the blood. The term originated from the words "inos" which means fiber "haima" which means blood. The definition is from the "Taber's Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary," published by F.A. Davis Co. The pronunciation of the term is also provided.
