ABSTRACT
The article features Mercury Recording Equipment's M72s Studio Microphone Amplifier, a faithful re-creation of the Telefunken/Siemens Kassettenverstarker V72 tube microphone/line amplifier. The microphone amplifier is a 2-channel, two-rackspace microphone pre-amplifier with an internal AC power supply. The microphone amplifier is also a remarkably versatile recording tool.
