Information on a meeting held in May 2014 to discuss the strategic development on the Flinders Medical Centre (FMC) Survivorship Program within the Flinders Centre for Innovation in Cancer's Department of Medical Oncology in South Australia is presented. Topics include the long-lasting consequences of cancer treatments, the program's needs and ways to address them, and ways to build the program's capacity to engage other key providers.
