Information about several papers discussed at the International Federation of Hard of Hearing People (IFHOH) 9th World Congress held in Bergen, Norway during June 25-28, 2012, hosted by the Norwegian Association of Hard of Hearing People is presented. Topics included priorities like advocating for laws on discrimination and access and subtitling for movies and TV, need for more focus on chronic conditions, and ageing and hearing loss. Speakers included Ruth Warick, and Jo Matsuzaki.
