ABSTRACT
The article discusses the highlights of the American Avalanche Association (AAA) fall board meeting which was held at the National Mining Museum Conference Center in Leadville, Colorado on October 13, 2011. Those in attendance include John Stimberis, Brad Sawtell and John Brennan. A brief profile Jordy Hendrikx as the new research chairman is provided. The AAA financial status is discussed as well as membership-related reports.
