ABSTRACT
Information about building better pipeline data governance discussed at the National Pipeline Safety Forum, held on April 18, 2011 is presented. Topics including Six Sigma involving defect reduction and process uniformity, Lean manufacturing involving elimination of waste, and theory of Constraints (TOC) discussed at the forum. The forum featured various experts from pipeline industry including Debbie Hersman.
