ABSTRACT
Information about Mexico's first national hospital pharmacy conference held July 6-8, 2011, organized by the Mexican Association of Hospital Pharmacists and the National Institute of Pediatrics, is presented. The conference focused on patient safety, and Eduardo Teodor Delint Ramirez, directorate general for health planning and development for the Mexican Ministry of Health spoke on the country’s national model of pharmacy.
