Information about the sixth and final forum of the Canadian Medical Association (CMA) held in Ottawa, Ontario on health care transformation is presented. The forum discussed the importance of reduction of the pressure on expensive emergency departments by urging family doctors and primary care team to be opened for business from 7 in the morning until 10 in the evening. It notes that the Canadians must be punished if they do not take personal responsibility for their own health.
