ABSTRACT
Information about the Southern Peanut Growers Conference held in 2011 in Panama City, Florida is presented. During the conference, peanut growers and other associated industry representatives expressed their optimism for the peanut crop and prices in 2011. However, Tyron Spearman, editor of the periodical "Peanut Marketing News," anticipated an uncertain prospects for a good 2011 crop.
