The article presents information on the 11th World Youth Day, held in Cuba. The well-nourished visitors were allowed to mingle with the natives. A reporter of the newspaper "The New York Times" noted that the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution held block parties for the delegates, to enable outsiders mix with ordinary Cubans. It was reported that certain Cubans were specially selected to invite people to their homes. The highlight of the Festival was the Youth Accuses Imperialism International Tribunal.
