The article discusses the highlights of a round table held during an American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus (AAPOS) meeting in 2011, which focused on the diagnosis and treatment of Brown's and Homer's syndromes in children. According to physician Kenneth P. Cheng, he explains to the parents the nature of Brown's syndrome and the possible outcomes of a tenotomy. Fellow physician Roberto Warman said that pharmacological testing is not very accurate or reliable in determining Hornet's syndrome in infants.
