The article discusses the highlights of the conference of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace which was held on November 8, 2010 in Washington, D.C. Award-winning journalist Amira Hass, who was known as being one of the only Jewish Israeli journalists to live full-time in Palestine, gave her opening remarks. She discussed the two conferences she attended in Palestine, one on the conflict about diplomacy and the feasibility of a two-state system and another which encourages economic investment.
