ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the 129th Audio Engineering Society (AES) Convention in San Francisco, California. The author mentions that the convention was participated by 14,000 attendees which shows that in spite of the popularity of social media, face-to-face interaction is not replaceable. However, he notes AES has integrated social media to communicate with members especially those who cannot attend the convention.
