ABSTRACT
The article offers information on some of the issues discussed at the cruise forum organized by the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA). Giles Hawke, sales director of Carnival UK, has welcomed the cruise lines' shift to e-ticketing as it saved 3 million pounds a year. An 8 percent increase in yields for 2011 has been planned by Fred Olsen Cruise Lines to enable it to increase its capacity. It also includes information on the 2011 UK Cruise Convention in Southampton.
