ABSTRACT
The article discusses the highlights of the 2010 Association for Corporate Growth/Turnaround Management Association's Liquidity Conference and Capital Connection in the U.S. Professionals discussed a decline in the amount of capital available for middle market companies before a panel during the conference. Rob Grien, managing director with TM Capital Corp., served as the panel's moderator. Randy Schwimmer, senior managing director at Churchill Financial, assessed the interest of private equity firms in distressed credits.
