ABSTRACT
Information about the topics discussed at the 15th annual conference hosted by the Center for Innovative Grounding Materials and Technology (CIGMAT) and the U.S. Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (DCEE) that was held at the University of Houston in Texas on April 23, 2010 is presented. Attendees learned various issues related to transportation and wastewater facilities. The event featured several speakers including C. Vipulanandan, Nancy Edmonson and Daniel Menedez.
