The article offers information on the 2009 Annual Employee Benefits Conference of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in November 2009. The conference explored the dilemmas of trustees of multiemployer plans in fulfilling their fiduciary duties. During the conference, attendees were given real-life situational questions which resulted into varied responses and points of view. It is implied that the response system showed that there is no correct decision but that various choices gathered could help make better decisions.
