ABSTRACT
The article discusses the highlights of the annual Chef Culinary Conference held in June 2010 at the University of Massachusetts. The theme of the conference was "Home Cooking." Chefs and consultants like Joyce Goldstein, Jet Tila and James Sanchez shared stories of their childhood and how their food experiences influenced their careers. The attendees also participated in workshops facilitated by instructors from Johnson and Wales.
