ABSTRACT
The article discusses the major issues highlighted at the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM) convention in Reno, Nevada. During the event, the NATM announced the establishment of an engineering committee and a proposal to make the trailer compliance program mandatory for members. The association cites that the creation of an engineering committee is intended for all industry-related engineers and as a means to enhance its engineering initiatives.
