ABSTRACT
The article discusses the highlights of a roundtable discussion with a panel of experts organized by the HealthLeaders Media. Panelists include Leigh Hamby, Timothy D. Ranney, Arthur Mcdowell, Gene Fleming, and Philip Betbeze. They answered questions about what hospitals need to look upon when establishing or revising a medical program, the challenges of keeping hospitalist program staffs, and the integration between hospitalists and intensivists.
