ABSTRACT
The article discusses the highlights of the Annual International ICF conference held in Orlando, Florida from December 3-5, 2009. The conference's keynote speakers were Peter Block, Tal Ben-Shahar, and Gertrude Matshe. Block said the leader's role is that of creating community in the world. Ben-Shahar talked about Positive Psychology. Meanwhile, Matshe shared her story of growing up in Zimbabwe and how she became a successful entrepreneur.
