ABSTRACT
Information about several papers discussed at the fourth annual CEO Forum on February 17, 2010 in Montréal, Quebec on patient charter which aims to improve the health care services is presented. Robert Ouellet, former president of Canadian Medical Association, cites that the panel must plan on how to form and finance the charter. Adalsteinn Brown of Ontario's Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care says that Canada will not be the first country to adopt patient charter.
