ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the 2010 Travel Technology Europe Show. It is stated that whether exploring trends in social media or advances in payment systems, the key theme throughout the show was the importance of keeping the consumer at the heart of a business, rewarding loyal customers and attracting new ones. Viral firm Koko showed how a little creative thinking can help a business stand out from the crowd by developing a viral advergame called 'Beach Ballin.'
