ABSTRACT
The article reports on a presentation on leadership given by professor and leadership expert Ken Blanchard on October 20, 2009. According to Blanchard, leadership in difficult times requires positive thinking, respect for others, and both strategic and operational leadership. He further asserts that leaders must assume a genuine attitude of humility and service toward those who they lead.
