ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the small animal anaesthesia conference by Interchem Ltd. And Fort Dodge Animal Health Ltd. held in the Osprey Hotel in Kildare, Ireland. Topics include the importance of pre-anaesthetic assessment and screening in determining the extent of clinical disease and reducing morbidity rates, post-anaesthetic care, and the new propofol formulation Propoclear. The conference featured several veterinarian lecturers including Lynne Hughes, Jo Murrell, and Mike Davies.
