ABSTRACT
The article presents information about a congress of church libraries held from July 13-17, 2009 in Würzburg, Germany. Subjects under discussion at the congress included the challenges of church libraries, guidelines for German bishops, and developments in library cataloging procedure. It is noted that library staff came from churches in Austria, Italy, Germany, and Belgium.
