The article discusses a conference planned for the fall of 2009 of the working group Research Information Infrastructure under the leadership of Sabine Brünger-Weilandt. The expert committee will present its outline for a concept of a scientific information infrastructure in Germany. Members of the committee and their professional affiliations are identified.
