ABSTRACT

Information on issues discussed at the Low Carbon Vehicle (LCV) 2009 seminar held at Millbrook Proving Grounds, England, in September 2009 is presented. Great Britain Minister for business, Paul Drayson emphasized the government's commitment of turning the country into a global leader in LCV production and usage. New launches including rechargeable lithium-ion batteries were displayed at an exhibition held, aimed at making fleet operators aware of environmentally friendly commercial vehicles.
