ABSTRACT
The article discusses a conference held at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo (Mendoza, Argentina) titled "La renovación teórica en la historia de las instituciones y del derecho" (Theoretical updating of institutional and legal history).
