ABSTRACT
The article discusses the highlights of seminar held by the Hogg Robinson Group (HRG) at Microsoft Corp.'s headquarters in Thames Valley, England in October 2008. The event, which focus was global distribution system (GDS) content, consisted of talks from HRG Chief Executive David Radcliffe who criticized the disparity within the industry and HRG Director Paul Saggar who emphasized that the future lies in technology product development. Simon McLean of Click Travel stressed the importance of considering technology development costs.
