Reflections on the VNA Convention

Information about the 50th Virginia Numismatic Association's (VNA) Convention on September 12, 2008 is presented. There were almost 1, 000 attendees of the said event including its speakers Jay Johnson and Patricia Finner. The highlights of the conference include a very active scouting program, presentation of the American Numismatic Association's Presidents Award and a two-day pre-convention seminar on the "Fundamentals of Grading U.S. Coins," which attracted 100 dealers from 16 states.
