ABSTRACT
The article discusses the highlights of the annual educational symposium for the New York Health Care Food Administrators' Association (HCFAA) in May 2009 in Flushing, New York. Foodservice directors who participated in the event learned ways to reduce costs and create new revenue resources. The symposium started with a team building activity.
